Universe Corps and was involved in the development of Hubbard's first Emeter.
Added nov. 2014 + Jan 2015 by Antony_Phillips. Don Breeding joined Pubs Org shortly after its inception in January 1968 (at or about the same time that John Sanborn joined us). We understood that he was in at the early days of making emeters, and expected he would work in the e-meter manufacture side of Pubs Org, but I do not know what happened.
